  • Where all does U and i furniture deliver?

We deliver to most places in India and can arrange shipment outside of India on a case-by-case basis

  • What is the estimated delivery time?

U and i furniture usually takes 28 to 35 days in delivering your product. The timeframe stipulated is an average estimation, and some deliveries could take longer, or alternatively could be delivered in a shorter lead time. We will keep you informed on the status at all times.

  • Are there any delivery charges?

No, we deliver the furniture free of charge to your doorstep in Delhi NCR; outside Delhi Ncr there will be delivery charges.

  • I ordered various pieces of furniture. Will it all come at the same time?

Our endeavor is to deliver all your pieces at one time. However, some items take longer than others to deliver. Thus, we might be sending you components of your order separately.  We will keep you abreast of the estimated delivery dates at all time.

  • Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Sure, no problem. You can call us or email us above given contact details for address change request.

  • Is the price quoted on the website inclusive of tax?

The price you see on website is exactly what you pay. The price quoted is inclusive of all taxes. Rest assured there are no hidden charges.

  • What are the payment options and terms?

We support following payment options – Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Direct Bank Transfer, and Cheque Deposit.

100% of the payment has to be made upfront. For custom made furniture, 50% of the payment has to be made in advance and rest before delivery.

  • What if I receive a damaged product?

Kindly check the product thoroughly when it is delivered to you.  It is your right and responsibility to check that your delivered products have arrived in perfect condition, before signing the delivery form and thus accepting the delivery. In case, you receive a damaged product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. Our team will take corrective measure to solve the problem.

  • Can I cancel the order once I have placed it?

No, once the order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Does U and i furniture have a showroom? 

Of course not. We would not like you to pay for the high rentals of our showroom, but rather only for the quality and uniqueness of your product.

  • How do I get my Customized piece of furniture?

You can get it right from the comfort of your home.  It’s a very simple and straightforward process. Click on customized tab on the menu. You need to upload your design or select our designs from a catalog. Please scroll down to see all the steps in detail.

  • How long does it take for me to receive my furniture?

It takes us approximately 6-8 weeks to produce the final piece and deliver it to you.

  • Why does it take so long?

Each piece of customized furniture is made right from scratch exactly according to your specifications.  Thus your unique piece of furniture takes slightly longer than a mass produced one. But as they say, “The fruit of patience is sweet”.

  • How can I pay?

You can pay the design charges on our website. However, for the final furniture payment, we would prefer  you to transfer the money directly to our account through online banking, cheque, etc.  In this manner, we manage to save on the transaction cost which we like to pass on to our clients.

  • Does U and i furniture have a showroom?

Of course not. We would not like you to pay for the high rentals of our showroom, but rather only for the quality and uniqueness of your product.

 

How to get your customized furniture

 

Step 1 – Use the “Customized Furniture” tab for this step. 

Step 2 – You can either select an image from our existing images or send files of your own. You have absolute freedom to upload images in any file format(.jpg, .png, .dwg, .bmp, .pdf etc.)

Step 3 – The preliminary quotation will be sent to you. In case you want to make any changes to the design, you can let us know and we shall be more than happy to make these changes for you. You make the payment for the furniture piece.

Step 4 – Your furniture pieces are delivered to you in about 6-8 weeks. During this time, we make your customized furniture from scratch. We keep in regular touch with you during this time and keep you posted.
